An Indian bride’s outfit is not complete without a Jewelry set. Although, traditonally heavy gold sets were worn, we are seeing more modern and even silver sets, gold plated sets and sets made of precious and semi-precious stones. The jewelry sets contain a necklace, earrings, often a tika, ring, and sometimes a jhoomer (an additional ornament worn on the head). Shown below are some traditonal jewelry sets. Some of these are gold and some are gold plated.
