The long shirts and trousers instead of pants are one expample of how our fashion has been impacted by the west. The chiffon saris with trendy blouses look as elegant as any Western formal dress. The brides are still wearing traditonal dresses with the traditonal jewelry but a lot of them go with a modern look on the recpetion day.
